ARE YOU SURE YOUR READY!!!!

Whyteout

Coming straight outta Long Island, NY, birthplace of many Hip-Hop pioneers ranging from Rakim, Public Enemy, De La Soul and EPMD amongst others, Christopher “Whyteout” Chiaro was born the second child of four boys. Whyteout witnessed everything from his father’s addiction to alcohol to daily occurrences of domestic violence. With his father leaving the family and his mother jobless there was no provided income for the family. Eventually his mother began working long hours, 6 days a week; there was no supervision in the household. This opened the door to a whole new life for Whyteout. Quickly becoming involved in the streets, Whyteout began showcasing his newly discovered talent in local performances and rhyme ciphers around the neighborhood.

Although his passion for music was strong, it wasn’t until coming outta prison in 2006 that he realized it’s “now or never”. “I didn’t wanna wind up in the situations I seen everyone else in, I was ready to really pursue this dream and push all the other bullshit to the side, it ain’t easy though, sometimes I still feel it callin’, but I know what I want and I’m not gonna stop till I get it”. Shortly after releasing his solo album “Life After Hustle” two months after coming home, Whyteout began making numerous appearances on various mixtapes including DJ Green Lantern, Big Mike, Superstar Jay and many others. In the midst of the mixtape appearances, Whyteout dropped “Get Ya Shine Box” hosted by Big Mike, followed by “Get Ya Shinebox 2” hosted by Superstar Jay.

During Christmas of ’08, Whyteout gave the mixtape “Get Ya Shinebox”  to his childhood friend, Chris, older brother Kenny Randell,  who was home visiting from California. Kenny instantly fell in love with the truth, passion, and familiarity that was embedded in Whyteout’s music. After 5 months of helping push the music from across the country, Kenny decided that in order to really pursue this with him, he had to get back to NY to do so and took on the role as his manager. Since teaming up with Kenny this past summer, Whyteout has met or worked with producers such as Vic Flowers, 7th Emp, Bob “Bassy” Brockman, Dan The Man Pro and Easy Mo Bee, who is quoted as saying “I’m buggin, this reminds me of when I discovered Biggie”.

After losing touch with Easy Mo Bee for almost 8 months, Kenny got in touch with Easy’s manager Damon Jackson who with his A&R Devon Depp came out to see Whyteout perform just one time and were amazed by his professionalism, passion and talent on stage. As fate would have it, exactly one year to the day of meeting Easy, Whyteout was signed to Easy Mo Bees’ BlackBOX Records Inc. as his 1st artist EVER!!

Throughout all of these trials and tribulations, Whyteout’s love for music grew stronger. Getting caught up with the streets wasn’t all bad because the life he lead opened the gateway to a passion that would take him far and beyond where people in his situation usually wind up. “My hardships from the street, to prison, to ICU, made me a much more knowledgeable and intelligent person and I prove that in the music I write”.

Whyteout’s lyrics have separated him from the others through his display of verbal knowledge from his experiences, which today’s Hip-Hop music lacks heavily. Whyteout’s songs are more than just catchy hooks with dance moves to accompany them. Rather, his raw lyrics allow a listener to think and reflect on issues and occurrences they themselves or others they may know or not know, face on a daily basis. Staying true to himself, Whyteout continues to prevail in a business that is notorious for alienating those who do not belong.

MY YOUTH LIFTING UP VOICES

The MyLuv Organization Helps Abused Children Reach Their Dreams
(
Atlanta, GA - Nov. 1, 2010)  The MyLuv Organization was founded because ten-year old model and actress, MyLove Green, saw Tyler Perry's interview with Oprah Winfrey discussing child abuse.  MyLove said that she wanted to help abused children, so her mother, Demi Battle formed the non-profit, The MyLuv Organization.

In the United States, approximately 3 million reports of child abuse and neglect are made each year.  This abuse varies from emotional to physical and occurs at every socioeconomic level.  It also extends across ethnic and cultural lines, within all religions and at all levels of education.  The MyLuv Organization reaches out to children who have been victims of sexual, physical, mental and verbal abuse.  In November, we will make a post-Thanksgiving dinner and meet some of the special children we will be having.

The group also seeks to empower children and show them that they possess the ability to be successful despite the challenges they have faced.  This abuse can create confidence crises and cause these children to stop believing or dreaming.  If they have goals of modeling, singing, acting, writing, being a teacher, etc., The MyLuv Organization has made a commitment to help them achieve these things through its own efforts, partnerships and collaborations.

In order to be successful, The MyLuv Organization must have a regional and national impact that generates awareness and educates the public concerning abuse.   A young lady chose to address the damage resulting from all abuse towards children; the results were the formation of a group that will deliver a message of hope and renewal through events and services.

God Father of Soul James Brown's Heir Darryl Brown does project with Grammy Prod. Easy Mo Bee

 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

###

Easy Mo Bee is considered an icon in the industry not just because of his creative talents, but because his music is timeless. Easy Mo Bee's track record speaks for itself, he was instrumental in creating Sean Puffy Comb's 'Bad Boy' sound. His musical production credits include collaborations with hip hop great Biggie Smalls and Craig Mack's timeless hit "Flava in Ya Ear". The late Miles Davis stated "Easy Mo Bee's sound is compelling and unique". This union between Brown and Mo Bee is sure to be a monumental event.

Easy Mo Bee, wants to give credit where credit is due. James Brown was the Pioneer in bringing forth that sound of Funk, Soul and R&B.  Many artists and producers have pulled from his body of work.  So many people were inspired by his music and his Artistry. Easy Mo Bee was one of them.  So when approached by Darryl Brown and asked would you to me the honor of continuing to make my father's legacy live on.  It was a definite YES. Easy Mo Bee will be producing James Brown's catalog of music.  Who better to recreate that sound and give our eardrums a tantalizing taste of the past and reintroducing us to MUSIC. He is no stranger to making certified hits and this is sure to be added to his repertoire of great works.
Darryl Brown feels that it is his duty to carry on his fathers legacy to ensure that our younger generation learn and know what James Brown's contribution to music was and still is. This union between Brown and Mo Bee is sure to be a monumental event.
The album is scheduled for release in 2011

Urban Fashion Week Press Conference

For Immediate Release

###

September 27, 3010

Urban Fashion Week – “Fashion Night Out”, Nov 1-7, 2010

Press Conference Leading up to the BET Awards
Thursday, September 30, 2010 @ 8 pm London Bistro1950 Howell Mill Road NW, Atlanta, GA 30318

UFW will make a huge announcement on September 30th, 2010. There will be a major push to promote Urban Designers around the country. UFW will be joining forces with designers all over the country to allow their voices to be heard while presenting them with the opportunity to showcase their spectacular and unique designs in urban couture, urban contemporary, urban street wear, urban sports-wear, urban leisure wear and urban accessories, during the week of November 1st to November 7th, 2010.

There was recently a “Fashion Night Out” around the US main stream brands, which did not focus on the multi-billion dollar urban fashion industry. UFW has continuously supported businesses in promoting urban brands; therefore, this press conference is a precursor to the fashion week events scheduled in November, to increase the awareness of Urban Designers.

The ultimate goal of Urban Fashion Week – “Fashion Night Out” is to develop an atmosphere for consumers to support and spend money with urban fashion designers.

During the week of November 1st to the 7th, a drive will be made to get Urban Designers’ cash registers ringing.

On Saturday, November 6, 2010, UFW will also produce an URBAN POWER 100 DESIGNER SUMMIT in New York City to discuss different techniques and strategies that can enhance sales projections for Urban Designers. The discussion will also include ways to combine marketing programs with other designers who are trying to reach the same target markets.

UFW marketing strategies will include conducting fashion shows, driving urban boutique sales, trunk sales and online marketing. This event will be publicized in the United States, Canada, Belgium, England, Japan, Africa, and many other countries.

“So when you come to these events for urban ‘Fashion Night Out’, bring cash to spend and support these independent urban designers", quoted Billy D. Foster, Founder of the Urban Fashion Week™.

Easy Mo Bee made the list! The Best of the Best: the Greatest Rap Producers Ever

The Bottom Line Rap's elite - THE GREATEST BEAT MAKERS IN HIP HOP HISTORY - numbers 50-36.

Behind every great rapper, there's a great producer.

Yet why is it the man (or woman!) with the microphone generally gets the share of the limelight over the person behind the boards? Whatever the answer is, it's time to try and redress that balance by giving some shine to the VERY greatest hip hop producers EVER.

First and foremost – who do we include? Hip hop’s a huge music form. This list is concerned purely with the beats behind the rhymes. These can be manifested through producers in the singular form (they can be DJ-Producer combinations of course!),or production squads. Within that framework, we are talking about beatmakers who play all the instrumentation themselves, or composers who bring others together in playing instruments. DJs, turntabalists, scratchers, ALL serve their purposes in this great artform – but they’re not included here. Next, how am I going to judge this list of musical monsters? We need some rock solid a*s criteria... right? To make this list, you need to have demonstrated some of the following criteria. The more you have of the different categories, the better:

1. ABILITY. Being able to create hot, slamming, beats. Simples.

2. SOUND. Can you craft your own style of music? Signature checklists that signal your beats, etc.

3. LONGEVITY. To be the greatest producer ever you need to have done it to top level for a substantial period of time.

4. CRAFT. Or, the ability to mould one’s style of music to a particular emcee or group and then drop great rap albums. After all, it's relatively easy to manufacture a one-off hit single, but far, FAR harder to create a 16 track set of fresh beats. And incidentally that's a point in itself... being a big hitmaker isn't a negative, obviously, but it's not inherently fundamental to being a great producer. What I’m ultimately saying is if you are a producer who has the ability to maintain a hot sound over the course of a full length album... that WILL score big points.

5. ORIGINALITY/INFLUENCE. Producers who have the ability to create influential and/or amazing sounds will get massive props, particularly when compared to trend-followers. But it’s not entirely a black and white scenario, for sometimes producers who trend follow have better catalogues than those who created that particular sound. Ultimately, the question as to who is better - teacher or student - can only be answered looking at it from the overall perspective of body of work. The only exception is if they can’t be split i.e. all things being ‘equal’, then the originator will get the deciding vote.

Anyway, you’re probably bored of me rambling now. This is intended to be an interactive list; for lots of these producers have huge resumes, and I want to help you guys get the best idea of how they sound. I’ve listed production credits I have either remembered or are of particular distinction. You’ll see a load of links to reviews (mine – and others!) as well as the occasional youtube link if I feel you HAVE to listen to a song there & then.

Easy Mo Bee is # 42

Along with P. Diddy and his Hitmen, Easy Mo Bee is one of the pillars of strength behind Biggie’s: “Ready To Die”. He produced a string of tracks on this masterpiece release, which classed him as a jazz-influenced, boom bap come horrorcore producer who had the ability to meld the two into cinematic, threatening soundscapes on “Warning” in particular, and rumbling old school anthems like “Machine Gun Funk”, and one of Biggie’s pre-RTD singles “Party and Bullsh!t”. Mo Bee was a big producer back in the day, getting his start for the legend that is Big Daddy Kane, and going onto producing albums for Gza (“Words From The Genius”) and Craig Mack and tracks/hits for 2Pac, Das EFX, LL Cool J, Busta Rhymes and The Lost Boyz, as well as more work with Biggie on “Life After Death”. His work since the late 90s has been relatively sparse, though he has occasionally surfaced with releases like Now or Never: Oddysey 2000, which was an Eastcoast-centric collaboration project, and dropping tracks for the Wu, Kurupt, Ras Kass, Big Daddy Kane and others.
